I have never met you but my family and I know your brother Ribbie. However, I felt that whenever one can let others know you are sending your blessings why not take that opportunity? For it is oh so easy to love those that love us but what of our neighbour, even those we don't know. I will try not be trite or use cliches as is the usual case on these occassions. Suffice it to say that my heart does go out to you. What I can say is that you can see her again if you live your life in such a way as to make sure your place on the otherside is reserved. I have been to 6 funerals this year and one was an uncle, I have also lost a best friend, yet I cannot tell you that I know your pain...may God ease the burden of your grief and lighten your heart. Time heals all wounds though you will never forget.

I remember we spoke over a year ago about the respective health issues that have affected the lives of our families- your mom, and my dad. I cannot begin to imagine the pain you must be going through at this time, and somehow the words "hang in there" and "keep the faith" and so on, seem now to be cliché; they just cannot effectively convey my thoughts for you at this very difficult time.
